Canteen’s Five Peaks Virtual Challenge is a fitness challenge supporting the 23,000 young Aussies facing the mountain that is a cancer journey each year.
Whether facing their own cancer diagnosis, or dealing with a loved one’s cancer journey, climbing that peak means feeling isolated, lost, exhausted, and confused. It’s terrifying, and no one should face it alone.
Walk, run or roll 68km, the combined distance of Australia’s Five highest peaks during March. Find your strength and fund theirs.
HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS
Conquer 68km in March and help young people like Daniel
“I was in complete disbelief when Mum told me. I remember saying ‘no’ over and over again, thinking maybe it would all just go away.
“When she died… I couldn’t grasp that I wouldn’t see her again. Sometimes it’s hard to think or talk about, but I guess that’s exactly why Canteen is so important.”
