I'm taking Canteen's Five Peaks Virtual Challenge...

…a month-long challenge to cover 68km in March - the combined trail distance of Australia’s five highest peaks.

It's not my son Benjamin with the cancer diagnosis.  It's my partner, Bruce who has appendiceal carcinoma, an extremely rare cancer.   Dealing with a parents cancer journey can be isolating, exhausting, and confusing.  It's a difficult climb that 23,000 young Australians face every year.  

It’s terrifying, and no one should face it alone. That’s why I’m challenging myself and I need your support!
